The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of payment of the amount specified in the reservation confirmation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by the online payment method specified in the booking confirmation.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of the remaining 50% must be made no less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.

Terra e Mare Casa Eoliana cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses incurred during your stay at the facility.
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as illness, cancellation or travel delays.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done by 11:00 am.
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Shuttle service is available upon reservation. Please note that the property is located 10km from the port, so we recommend renting a car directly at the port (book in advance).

Morning cleaning service from Monday to Saturday (please use the “Cleaning in progress” sign on the door).
Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days or upon request for an additional charge of €20. In addition, towels will be changed daily upon request.
Please inform our staff of any specific requests regarding cleaning service and the changing of towels and sheets.
We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event of inappropriate, aggressive, rude behavior towards staff, or damage to property.
