Casa Terra: The sound of the waves just a few metres away. There is something truly unique about Casa Terra: wherever you are, in every room, the sea never leaves your sight. The sea and its breathtaking sunsets are revealed through a sequence of concentric perspectives, created by a succession of circular openings that connect every space in the house. Behind the bed, a custom-made bookshelf conceals Casa Terra's most poetic secret: a perfectly framed view of Panarea, resting silently on the horizon, while Stromboli watches over it in the distance.

Casa Terra is our 55 sqm home, featuring one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating, and large private terraces with table and seating, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors while overlooking the sea.

One of the defining features of Casa Terra is its commitment to sustainability:

• A plant-based foam mattress
• Pillows made from recycled materials

• Plastic-free living, with a filtered drinking water system available
