Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing to book at Terra e Mare Casa Eoliana for your vacation. Please read the following booking policy carefully and confirm your understanding and acceptance.

1) Booking and payment:

The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of payment of the amount specified in the reservation confirmation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by the online payment method specified in the booking confirmation.
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of the remaining 50% must be made no less than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
In addition, you will be required to pay a security deposit of € 500 for Casa Terra and € 200 for Casa Mare, payable in cash upon your arrival. Il deposito sarà restituito al momento del check-out, a meno che non siano presenti danni o perdite alla proprietà, i quali verranno detratti dal deposito.
Vi preghiamo di assicurarvi di avere l’importo del deposito cauzionale disponibile in contanti al momento dell’arrivo. This security deposit is to cover any accidental damage that may occur during your stay.

 

2) Cancellations and amendments:

• Any cancellation or change requests must be communicated in writing via e-mail.
• Before the 30th day from the scheduled arrival date, change of date is free of charge, subject to availability.
• Up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be provided.
• From the 30th day before the arrival date or in case of no-show, the reservation will be non-refundable.
• From the 30th day up to 7 days before the arrival date, shifting the reservation will incur a charge of 30% of the amount paid.

 

3) Booking policy:

Please note that we are not responsible for weather conditions during your stay. We recommend that you consider purchasing specific insurance to cover any hydrofoil cancellations or delays.
This type of insurance can help mitigate the negative effects that could result from travel problems caused by circumstances beyond your control, such as storms or severe weather.

 

4) Liability:

Terra e Mare Casa Eoliana cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses incurred during your stay at the facility.
We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as illness, cancellation or travel delays.

 

5) Check-in and check-out:

Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out must be done by 11:00 am.
Any requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Shuttle service is available upon reservation. Please note that the property is located 10km from the port, so we recommend renting a car directly at the port (book in advance).

 

6) House rules:

• We kindly ask our guests to use organic cotton slippers in the house to keep the house tidy as much as possible;
• Land and Sea collects valuable works of art and we believe we are offering you not only a vacation but also a cultural experience for your stay, however, we ask for a little help in respecting this balance;
• Do not leave food or drink even in the garden, we are always in the countryside so there might be the presence of rodents;
• Housekeeping is daily, sheets are changed every 4 days. If you need a change you can notify the staff;
• For your safety, do not cross the boundary lines;
• Silence hours: 11pm-8pm;
• We kindly ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave the house;
• Water is a precious commodity on the island We ask for your help against wastage;
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house;
• Leave the door shutter (the one with the handle) closed to prevent it from getting stuck;
• Always close the mosquito nets when the doors are open, we are in the countryside area there are insects and small rodents.

KITCHEN

• Use only cups for hot water and coffee (no glasses);
• Do not use metal forks to stir food in metal pots. Use the wooden option;
• Do not place hot pots on the stove top. Use cork potholder;
• Use only environmentally friendly cleaning products.

 

7) Services Included:

Anticovid sanitation, Wifi, Air conditioning, Heating, Parking, Electric car charging station, Safe, Slippers and beach towels, Organic shampoo and soap, Hair dryer, Filtered water.

 

8) Housekeeping and Replacement:

Morning cleaning service from Monday to Saturday (please use the “Cleaning in progress” sign on the door).
Sheets and towels are changed every 3 days or upon request for an additional charge of €20. In addition, towels will be changed daily upon request.
Please inform our staff of any specific requests regarding cleaning service and the changing of towels and sheets.

 

9) On-demand services:

• Laundry service (20 Euro per wash)
• Taxi
• Pedal-assisted bicycles
• Boat outings
• Scooter / Electric Car Rental

 

10) Contract termination:

We reserve the right to terminate the contract in the event of inappropriate, aggressive, rude behavior towards staff, or damage to property.
